Our weekend walking breaks are based close to the stunning beautiful Annecy. Lake Annecy is surrounded by the hills of the Bauges to the south-west and the Aravis mountains. The transfer to Annecy from Geneva airport is only about 40 minutes so you can maximise your time enjoying this beautiful area.
Our weekends are based in a comfortable 3 star hotel close to the shore's of the lake.
Arrive in Geneva on either a Thursday or Friday night and benefit from an unforgettable weekend.
Typical Itinerary
Thursday evening - Arrive at Geneva airport on Thursday evening and be met at the terminal for your transfer to you weekend destination.
Friday - Wake up close to the shores of Lac d'Annecy. Enjoy a great cup of coffee, fresh croissants and freshly baked bread as on the French can. Walking up La Tournette overlooking the stunningly beautiful Lac d'Annecy. A chance to swim in the pool perhaps or simply bask in the sunshine and soak up the warmth.
Saturday - A walk in the Aravis.
Sunday - A walk in the Bauges mountains with views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains with the winter's snows still lingering on the summits. Return to the hotel and transfer to Geneva airport for an evening flight.
