How to Book

I've tried to make sure the process of booking your holiday with me is as easy and straightforward as possible.

If you have any questions about booking your holiday, or completing the booking form, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help you.

Step 1 - Talk to me

Because my holidays are crafted individually, I like to keep it personal - so once you've browsed my website for inspiration, the next step is to call me to discuss your holiday and request a quotation.

Step 2 - I'll prepare a quotation

I'll prepare your initial quotation, designed to provide the price and simple framework for your holiday. A full itinerary will be provided when I confirm your holiday.

Step 3 - You'll complete a booking form

Once you've decided to proceed, I will ask you to please read the Booking Conditions and complete the Booking form. The form should be signed and dated by the first named person on the booking, the party leader, and include all information requested for each party member. You should then submit the form and make the required payment.

Step 4: I'll take care of the rest

Subject to availability of your chosen arrangements and receipt of all applicable payments I will book your arrangements, process your deposit and send you a booking confirmation letter.

Payment Details
All payments should be made through the party leader. Whilst for your convenience I am happy to take deposits by credit card (via PayPal), I prefer payment by bank transfer (see below for details), debit card or Euro cheque (payable to Mark Tennent) for the balance ofyour holiday. If you wish to pay the final balance of your holiday by credit card, a 3% fee will be charged reflecting the costs incurred.

I have, or will arrange, suitable travel insurance to cover the intended activity(ies) that includes: rescue, medical, repatriation and cancellation.
Declaration
I have read, understood and agree to Simply Savoie’s booking conditions, “important information” and privacy statement. I am authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions, the important information and the privacy statement by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. I accept responsibility for myself and all members of my party for complying with the necessary health, immigration, visa and passport requirements relevant to my party’s booking. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or over. I confirm that to the best of my knowledge all information listed on this booking form is correct. I agree to make all payments due by the due date(s).
